| The chairs on order were 'lost' by the courier. Courier company does not answer telephone so impossible to contact them. Took several days for Clifford James to accept that chairs were lost. They then promised priority next day delivery for replacement chairs, and that courier would telephone to say when they would be delivered. No next day delivery or call from courier. When I contact Clifford James all they would say is that chairs would arrive sometime the following day - which they finally did. Courier has a website which claims to allow you to track orders, but this is still showing my original 'lost' order to be on the van! If they are going to have a Track and Trace facility then it should at least be correct and imformative.
