I hope you don’t mind me pointing out that the delay was advertised on our web site before you placed both of your orders, displayed on your order confirmation emails and we kept you up to date with further emails. I do appreciate how frustrating it is waiting for item to come back into stock and can confirm that we are all we can to keep this delay to a minimum for you.
