Clifford James

Ordered the 3 piece cast iron pan set in May, received in but one of the lids was cracked in transportation. Contacted customer services and they sent a replacement glass lid instead of a cast iron one. Contacted customer services again and was told that it was sent in error. Asked for a refund and arranged for a courier return. The courier turned up with another replacement lid on the same day. Very confusing to say the least.
