Arrived with some chips due to poor packing and handling

Large Casserole Pot

Although the product was good and just the size we wanted it arrived with some chips due to poor packing and handling.

Medium Casserole Pot

This one arrived in fine condition but not really much good without the rest.

Although some of the items arrived with some damage, one phone call and they were picked up again the next day and returned free of chargewith no quibble. Bear in mind these items were heavy and postage would have been costly - thank you for the great service Clifford James
