WEB SITE ALLOWED ORDERING AND MONEY TAKEN, YET OUT OF STOCK, AND CUSTOMER SERVICES HAD NO IDEA OF WHEN A RE-STOCK WOULD OCCCUR.

MONEY IS TAKEN, THEN 10 DAYS LATER YOU FIND OUT THE PRODUCTS ARE OUT OF STOCK. THE REFUND TOOK THE FORM OF A CHEQUE WHICH THEN NECESSITATED A CAR JOURNEY TO THE BANK TO PAY IN THE CHEQUE.
ALSO DELIVERY IS CHARGED FOR, WHEN IT WAS ADVERTISED AS FREE AND CUSTOMER SERVICES STATED VERBALLY IT WAS FREE, THEN YOU FIND OUT YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED AND IT TAKES ANOTHER PHONE CALL TO GET A REFUND 7 DAYS LATER. |
