Service rating : The order was taken efficiently and they even rang Julian Bowen to advise the delivery date which determined the delivery location (which we had to change from the original order request).Product rating : The Julian Bowen sleep station is a mid priced item (there are cheaper units which use thinned grade wood and much more expensive units which are better) but is excellent value for money in this mid priced range. They are fairly easy to put together (1-2 hours for the bed & roll out table, and about another 1-2 hours each for the display and wardrobe units). The off white paint / covering looks good and is a reasonable thickness. As it is pine it is prone to denting so treat it with care (compared to hard wood products).

Quick delivery, great service.Product rating : This Steens midsleeper is a very solid piece of bedroom furniture, very well made. This bed comes in 2 rather heavy box's so will need 2 people to carry upstairs. This bed is easy to put together as long as you open both box's and read all the instruction 1st.

Service rating : Excellent seller. Called them to check the stock availability before placing the order. The customer service was really helpful and assured me that my order will be fulfilled. The website is easy to use and order was placed in minutes. The delivery was on time and received as expected. There is a little glitch on the delivery as the parcel was clearly specified "Not to leave with neighbour" but they are, and in fact we were at home expecting it but hearing nothing at all.Product rating : The bed is of good quality, sturdy and good in design. All parts are delivered as expected and there is no damage on the main body parts. The only thing to be aware of is all the numbering of parts in the assembly instruction is wrong! The has caused massive issue when come to assembly it. To resolve this, go to Steens website and download the assembly instruction and perform a cross-match. Others than that, it is a bed my daughter absolutely loves it.

However the desk arrived with four scratches on one of the panels which we'd only noticed after assembling the last few panels! Not very happy about that at all.
