The service is very good, however, I am a bit tired of seeing all the shirts constantly in a sale. I don't know why you don't just price them at 25 or 30£ instead of saying they are reduced from 70£. Not everyone likes buying out of a sale....

We’re required by law to advertise our products at their full selling price for a period at the beginning of each season but once that timeframe has passed we’re always looking to offer the very best value for money that we can. The original selling prices reflects the true quality of the garment and we only have a handful of sales for brief periods each year – the rest of the time we’re simply looking to offer reductions as best we can. Of course, we’ll take your feedback on board for the future so thank you for taking the time to write to us.
