asked for short sleeve length overcoat received a long sleeve which I have had to have altered.The coat was not the colour illustrated.Coat left on doorstep ignoring instructions to leave in garage

This coat doesn’t have the option of long or short sleeve lengths unfortunately so the only length available per size was the standard one that we offer. I’m very sorry to learn that the colour isn’t what you were expecting and we will take this matter on board for the future. There were no delivery instructions provided when the order was placed, which is the best time to do this as the details will get printed onto the parcel along with the address label for the driver to follow should no-one be home to take the delivery.
