Always of the very highest quality and if not a 100% satisfied returning or exchanging any item is made very straight forward.

For me, it has become my retailer of choice for the extensive range of clothing and additional items which it carries, whether for leisure or the more formal occassion. It is serious about giving the customer a good shopping experience.

Service rating : For me, the company has always confirmed it's intention of putting the customer first through it's responsiveness, quality of it's products and the ease in which the customer is able to return or exchange goods.
Product rating : This product was very pleasing. However, I'm yet to receive a comment to my request for my credit card payment to be retained by the company until a more suitable size become available in stock, after having had to return the original purchase as it was too small in chest size. I imagine this to be a misunderstanding in communication only.

All tranactions over the past 10 or more years of dealing with the company has been of the highest possible standard and I really believe that Nick does take a hands on approach to making sure that the customer is king.
