Overall satisfied this time around, but I think they are not as good quality products as I've had in the past. I suspect that quality is being sacrificed to protect margins. Come on CT's - I dont mind paying a few quid extra if I know that you're going to keep the quality high. I've even gone to Marks & Spencers to buy a blazer now as theirs looked better at half the price - arrrgggh.

I can assure you we would never skimp on quality to make a higher profit. If we did I know out customers would leave us in droves and so this really wouldn’t be good business sense. We offer nothing but the best and so I’m very shocked to hear you feel this way.
The corozo buttons on the Blazer were chosen as a design feature for this season, but we do have the option of swapping these for either Silver or Gold if you prefer. I’ll give you a call later today to discuss the options available and your other concerns.
