Tie was faulted and has been returned. Why have I had to pay the postage when the Sales of Goods Act clearly states that this is the responsibility of the retailer?

Very professional and lovely shirts, which fit beautifully. Courier did not make much effort to deliver: Royal Mail (eg from Amazon) much more efficient. But rearranged delivery quite efficiently.
