Normally Charles Tyrwhitt provide excellent service however they did recently make a "pigs ear" of a suit delivery. Initially they sent me a suit where the the trousers did not match the jacket. Not only was I inconvenienced with returning the trousers, which required a pecific journey to the nearest town on a Saturday morning, but I had to make at least 3 phone calls before the correct trousers in the right number were delivered. Certainly the first person I reported the issue to took no action to remedy Charles Tyrwhitt's error (the suit was ordered over the telephone) This is most unusal for CT but still disappointing
The service has always been excellent
My order was apparently mislaid, leading to a delay in delivery - also one item was not available, which I was not informed about before the rest of the items arrived. As always, the products themselves were superb, however.
