In my las order I was dismayed to find that one of the shirts looked dissimilar to what had been advertised on the site. I returned the shirt and received a differ style in its place with no problems. I was a little aggrieved at having to pay nearly £4 to return a shirt that was not as advertised. There was no recompense for this.
On the whole I have had great service from CT, over 4 orders, each over £120.
