Fantastic service, friendly, helpful, keen to please and knowledgeable about the stock and systems for ordering. It was a pleasure to shop there and I am personally very pleased that a store has opened close to my home.
Also, I received calls from the store to inform me an item previously ordered had arrived - very good. I like it when people do what they say they are going to, it's reassuring and you feel as if you are in the hands of professionals. Such levels of service are becoming rare these days, so bravo to all the staff in your new store!

I have been a fan of your company for some time now. I have been an active advocate of yours amongst my clients and my associates.
No more. That day has come and gone.
I had a bad experience in late winter ... ordered shirts ... they didn't arrive.
In another instance, you gave me a credit to my account with you, but never told me how you resolved a separate issue. It took me digging to find out what happened (you were supposed to send me a different size - instead you simply gave me a credit without informing me). Mistakes happen; all is forgiven.
From my last shipment, there was a sewing error. A seam came undone. I wore the shirt twice. I put it aside, knowing I was heading to Chicago. I assumed that once your staff saw there was a manufacturing error, they would simply apologize and hand me a shirt.
That didn't happen. They wanted to know when it was ordered and to prove it. I had my lap top, and after much searching, determined it was part of the lost shipment that arrived in April. That shipment arrived 6 months and a few days ago
They didn't look at the manufacturing error, they just said "no exceptions", if it is after 6 months we can't help you. IF I had know the policy, I would have called your customer service line and had you pay for shipping the shirt back to you and you shipping me a replacement shirt.
While in the store I bought three sweaters. Didn't matter. No further assistance was forthcoming.
