I have no complaints about the quality of the product or workmanship. I actually enjoy CT suits quite a bit. My issue is with the service I received from Johnny at your Avenue of the Americas store. I stopped in after a meeting and Johnny helped pick out two suits. His personality was not the best, and he was certainly not that into the job, but nonetheless, helpful in getting me two suits in less than 10 minutes. Probably the easiest sale ever. I then got all the way home to NJ and took the suit to my local tailor, only to find that Johnny accidentally gave me a size 38 jacket instead of the 40 I had tried on. I called the store and they apologized, then held the correct jacket for me, since there were not any other 40 jackets remaining. I had to trek back into the city, spend $40 in tolls and parking. When I get there, Johnny doesn't even apologize nor does he give me the time of the day to help out. In addition, he didn't offer me the 10% sale promotion that I discovered CT was offering both online and in-store purchases, per the CT website, and claimed that it was for online only purchases, even though I showed it to him from my iPhone. Frustrated, I took my new suit and left. The bottom line is, I could have made this purchase online without any frustrations and would have been able to save 3 hours of my time, $40 in tolls and parking, the sales tax on $800 in suits I bought (no sales tax in NJ), and 10% on my purchase. Johnny, or anyone do that matter, could have shown an ounce of sympathy and even apologized for the error - this would been good enough to make me feel better. No one did anything, said anything, etc. the fact of the matter is, if I didn't really like your suits, I would have returned your product and went elsewhere. Ad part of me still feels that I should, just as a matter of principle.
This turned out to be a bad decision for a number of reasons. I was okay with paying for the sales tax since I wanted to the suit today instead of waiting. That said, I do want some level of customer service, especially when someone comes in and spends $800 in 3 minutes. Given the poor service, I will not go back to this store and unfortunately will tell others about this experience. I hope this review finds you well an that you are able to correct these issues in an appropriate fashion.
Very prompt, great customisation choices.
All the shirts don't seem as "extra slim fit" as my previous CT shirts. But they are extra long which is great.

Delivery is a little slow
I went into Cheshire Oaks store looking for a shirt. I also want a new overcoat but initially had dismissed one from Charle Tyrwhitt due to price. The store manager was most helpful and due to product quality and the extreme helpfulness I bought the coat.

Superb company and service from artur in the regent street store
My order was lost despite that I provided my full address. A replacement had to be sent. Such a waste!
Jacket was a bit longer than I had expected, but I was already in New York before I realized it. I was able to bring it to a CT store in Manhattan, they next day shipped a jacket in my size and in 24 hours it was resolved at no cost to me. Pretty impressive service.

Very easy to produce the voucher and forward to my friend. Also I liked the increments at the £10 level, as some providers go up in increments of £25.
