I have been delighted with everything I've bought at Charles Tyrwhitt's. You have kindly altered or replaced shirts which have been the wrong size. One doesn't know everyone's exact measurements! My menfolk say the shirts are of better quality than some other well-known brands. I sometimes wish I could get goods faster but only because I haven't planned early enough. Amazon's free p & p is hard to beat. I always recommend your goods.

I visited the store on Madison Avenue during te lunch hour. I was in the store for over 20mins and no sales attendant offered me any assistance. Other customers walked into the store and I watched as they received a warm greeting and personalised assistance, while no one paid me any mind whatsoever. Once I was done searching for my own shirt and tie combinations, I approached the counter and had to wait another 5 minutes before someone came over to process the order. The entire time I was in the store there were available store attendants who deliberately ignored me. As a dedicated African-American customer of Charles Tyrwhitt, when I see older Caucasian gentlemen getting prompt service while I am ignored, I am forced to inevitably question my loyalty to the brand.22-May-2013Ignored by sales attendants during my visit to the store.

service was prompt and on-demand. Staff did not crowd me. However, it would be nice to be able to have on display the difference between the different styles of shirts e.g. slim and extra-slim - There was no information on display or samples on display that illustrated the difference. I thought extra-slim was for skinny people ... turns out it fits me quite well..
