Top notch order processing system, acknowlegement and follow-up. Quality product; distinct leader of value for price. Would appreciate material which shrinks a bit less, but cotton and commercial laundries are just that. Bottom line, I'm a committed customer. Good products at a fair price. They should have cheaper shipping. They also should offer every shirt/pattern in traditional and slim fit.

Service rating : I'm a huge fan of Charles Tyrwhitt. Service is always great, reliable, and prompt. My only complaint is that the lengths of the shirts' tails are always too long (see below).
Product : The shirts are great, but the tails of the shirts are always too long and I usually have to get them shortened at my own tailor.

Excellent shirts at great prices, and I have some suits which have lasted through incredible conditions. I will never buy from anyone else now. The only complaint I have is I have always wanted a sweater from Charles Tyrwhitt but they are too expensive compared to what else i can get from Charles Tyrwhitt for the same price.

Service rating : Good looking shirts and related items like ties and cufflinks, reasonably priced
Product : Sleeve length seems slightly short - but acceptable, I did need to order one half size higher in the collar measurement to get a good fit

The best source of Brit style shirts in the USA at reasonable prices - cheaper than my Hong Kong tailor.
One very strong piece of advice: double your inventory and sales by offering all appropriate patterns with white collars and cuffs. Use expensive ribbed white cotton, not cheap plain poplin and you will have a guaranteed winner. Further, with the white collar combo offer very much bolder stripes, half inch, etc..
