Service rating : This is my first purchase from Charles Tyrwhitt: 2 shirts. I do not normally buy shirts at this price, but the at the sale price they were irresistible. The choice in formal clothing is wonderful, but it would be great to have the Tyrwhitt quality in a choice of smart sports jackets and trousers.
Product : Quality is excellent. The shirt fits beautifully (33" sleeves) and the additional pocket is especially impressive - the check pattern of the shirt is virtually uninterrupted by the pocket, one very carefully positioned pocket !

Service rating : Never disappointed with the service provided by Charles Tyrwhitt. The quality of their clothing is fabulous.
Product : My husband loved this coat which was a shame as we had bought it as a birthday present for our 24 year old son! The coat is impeccable; beautifully cut and finished, elegant and quietly stylish.

I think they have great products and are of very high quality - and great prices too!!! I have not bought anything else other than shirts but I probably will buy other things because of the great range and service I have received.

My order arrived within 2 days. This compares with another UK site where I am still awaiting delivery despite ordering on the same day. The quality is as high as ever and I will continue to buy all my shirts from CT because of this good service and persuit of excellence.

Service rating : I am a regular buyer of shirts from CT (over 15 so far), normally in their multi-buy sales. Once I found some shirts I like (and these are good shirts), it is much easier to buy lots of them them than to shop around. The website is clear and informative, and telephone service is helpful. The prices, too (if you buy them on special offer) are good, for an office shirt complete with stiffeners and double cuff.
This is my first purchase of a suit, so we'll have to see how it wears, but it looks good so far.
Product : The suit is fine - but the colour is more mid-grey than charcoal . . . . Generally happy with the jacket
