Originally ordered incorrect sleeve length - as good as their word exchanged without argument, including courteous advice on how to take sleeve measurement
Having been using their non-iron shirts for the last 12-18mths, I'm impressed that they do what they're supposed to do - keep me away from the ironing board. But, most of the shirts now have brown marks all over, like tea stains, and it's definitely not from ironing them. However, 12 months use and no ironing still makes it a reasonable service.
