It was odd to receive a shirt stating Large when the body length, sleeve length and shoulder width was Extra Large. I have purchased at least 40 shirts or more since 2004 and never had that problem. I did once buy a tie that was extremely long which I cannot wear, why not mark the item stating what it is?

Very disappointed, ordered three items to make up order to use a voucher I had received, the item I most wanted was out of stock, and was told it would be 3 months before back in stock. I therefor returned the other items. Have lost use of the voucher along with the disappiontment. Do not think I will be back.
