Service as expected from a good retailer.
Normally good but extremely disappointed that items promised for Nov and then Dec won't be available until January. Totally unacceptable and may well curtail my dealings with CT in the future. Until now I have been a regular customer

Good service. I was a bit dissapointed when the price suddenly dropped though. I was in London on the weekend of Dec. 1st and looked for this shirt at two of the main stores and the at Bicester Outlet store on Monday 3rd of Dec and could not find one, as soon as I arrived back on Wed 5th Dec there had been a price reduction and had to pay postage.

It was odd to receive a shirt stating Large when the body length, sleeve length and shoulder width was Extra Large. I have purchased at least 40 shirts or more since 2004 and never had that problem. I did once buy a tie that was extremely long which I cannot wear, why not mark the item stating what it is?
