Had my order confirmed by CT on 6 Dec2012 but it was not deliversd until 17 Dec 2012. I had to do all the chasing up via Hermes tracker service which gives details that are useless to the uninitiated. Turns out the lady actually making the delivery had been off sick. I think CT staff could/should have chased up Hermes and not left it to their customer. A simple phone call would then have sufficed.
