The delivery time was rather long but this was nothing compared to the delivery experience. The item was thrown over my automated gates by the courier. I was at home at the time and could have allowed access to the courier. Even if I wasn't this unacceptable behaviour.

The delivery service provided by your delivery firm was a disaster. Tried to deliver once and we weren't in and then they lied about trying to deliver the goods twice after that. Only after numerous calls to your helpful, but seemingly powerless, Tyrwhitt staff did the goods eventually arrive, 4 days after the initial attempt to deliver. I spent a lot of time and energy trying to get the process accelerated as we needed the shirt for a formal occasion on the eventual day of delivery but the misinformation being spread by the delivery firm on the online tracker was totally misleading. All in all a disaster. I would appreciate some feedback on this matter. Kind regards Michael Boyd
