Ordered 6 shirts not sure of sizing but website very informative & helpful. Shirts delivered on time. Extremely happy with products & will definitely reorder.
I was initially suspicious but the service and quality have allayed my suspicions and I will be buying more.
The CT products are excellent, but i have to say the staff are far too "in your space" i was only one of two people in the store, but i was asked by three different people if i was ok? did i know my size?, do you want me to measure you? Just a simple question such as "Are you familiar with CT shirts Madame / Sir?" would have prompted a conversation, as in my case, "yes they are excellent bought them many a time..."
I'm very pleased with the shirts I've bought recently.
I specifically told the shop assistant that i did not want to be contacted but still she wanted to take my details and suprise suprise I get this pointless e-mail. To make matters worse you've got my name wrong! Although its stating the obvious PLEASE DELETE MY DETAILS FROM YOUR MAILING LIST. I'll go back to T M Lewin who doesn't bother me with this rubbish.
Very pleased with the suits I have purchased and the staff are without fail very helpful and friendly. (King St, Manchester)
Staff were polite and courteous and not overly invasisve, politely asking if I needed any assistance. Lady at counter put shirts into individual plastic wrapping as it was raining outside - a nice touch.

Can't see how it could be improved. I do think however that shirts should all have breast pockets as standard.
It's the first time I had used the mail order service and I was very impressed with the service. I already knew that the products would be good as I already own a number or Charles Tyrwhitt shirts and ties. Will certainly be ordering again.

Why, oh why, do you do so few short sleeved business shirts - I had to ask to find the few that you do offer. Surely you could offer short-sleeved versions of many more ranges without a significant premium price.
Fast excellent service
Hermes delivery continues to be a farce, so no changes there. Instructions were "sheltered and out of public view at rear of property" They did not ring the bell, dumped the package (broken, squashed and open at one end) at the front of the house. The Hermes tracking system is pointless as it is updated well after each event. My package was delivered at 9.30 but shown on system as "delivered to porch at 11.30" and not updated until 12.15. I rang CT customer services to complain. They said they would contact the carrier but I have heard nothing back. My delivery charge of £4.95 should have been refunded. An offer was made by CT to deliver my next order F.O.C. My next order will be back with Austin Reed.

Very impressed with the quality of the shirts and the custom fitting.The Polo Shirt is long enough to be held in the trousers, so many of them are too short. Loved the range of colours.

I was grateful that the company acknowledged the error of one of its call staff (about info on whether or not a shirt came with a pocket) and sent me a new shirt with the pocket without any additional cost.

The service is great - fast - good goods - easy to use . it is the costs of delivery and return that are now making me think twice - £13 to return the goods last time!!!
