The usual brilliant service I've come to expect from this exceptional company
Fast easy service.
The telephone call etc was fine. However the disappointment for me was that two out of the three items I wanted were not "in stock". I had received your catalogue that morning so think it was reasonable to expect that the items I wanted would be in stock. I idd order three items, the last of which will come in early August. Looking forward I am not sure I will bother again.
Good service. Stock/range of shoes available was slightly disappointing.
The website will not load despite several attempts on several devices, phones, tablets and two PCs. Very frustrating.

Except that your carrier has a habit of leaving the parcel in the wheelie bin if I am out and I DO NOT think this is acceptable.
I ordered a suit. The trousers arrived a few days later, which was great. It is going to be nearly 2 months before I get the jacket and that depends on whether they slip the delivery date again or not!
Very happy with the service and the formal shirt that I bought. A little disappointed though that there was no stock or even samples of casual or polo shirts.
