Found a shirt and was helped with sizing but disappointed that CT don't carry much selection of classic cut shirts with cutaway collars (preferably non-iron). These are very much coming back into fashion and I was surprised by the complete lack of selection.
Disappoinnted that not all shirts were available. Classic shirts fit are larger thatn expected, due to previous shirts experience.
The member of telephone staff who answered the 'phone was excellent in noting that I wanted the parcel to be forwarded after a particular date because I explained my husband and I were going away. On cue the parcel arrived after our return! Well done!!
