Things arrive on time, no trouble so far with exchange. I get what I ask for.
service and delivery excellent. They would be even better if their stock existed as shown in their marketing brochures. In 4 orders I have been told that the shirt I wanted was not available. NOT good enough.

Very personable, helpful and proactive assistant in the Lime Street store, from ordering in stock, advising me it had arrived and the sale itself. The product range and price is competitive, the "in-person" experience makes a real difference. I had entered the incorrect sleeve sizes when I placed my internet order. Called the sales line and spoke to a most helpful lady who fixed the problem for me. She had to cancel my order and create a new one - this should have delayed the order, but it still arrived within the original expected time frame. Top quality customer service, excellent product (have been buying shirts from CT for years - they last longer than some competitors' shirts - eg. TM Lewin)
great service. would like to see more of the non-business attire products in the store.
It is a shame that instead of sending a voucher in the post you could also use it in store to reduce the cost of your purchase .

Service was really good (had to make a few follow-up phone calls but all got sorted), but the product wasn't exactly what I'd hoped for. Apparently our definitions of extra slim fit are a bit different.
