My family have been using Charles Tyrwhitt for shirts for seven years. The shirts are superb value and the quality and cut of the fabric are excellent. I know because I launder most of them!

The delivery service provided by your delivery firm was a disaster. Tried to deliver once and we weren't in and then they lied about trying to deliver the goods twice after that. Only after numerous calls to your helpful, but seemingly powerless, Tyrwhitt staff did the goods eventually arrive, 4 days after the initial attempt to deliver. I spent a lot of time and energy trying to get the process accelerated as we needed the shirt for a formal occasion on the eventual day of delivery but the misinformation being spread by the delivery firm on the online tracker was totally misleading. All in all a disaster. I would appreciate some feedback on this matter. Kind regards Michael Boyd

The shirt was not exactly as shown or described

goods arrived in good time as stated well packaged and i am very happy with the service
4 blouses Size 14 were ordered. This is the same size as I have ordered over the past 6 years through the UK Charles Tyrwhitt. Problems encountered were: 1. Long delay for arrival. 2. Size 16 sent. All blouses were returned and I await the new shipment with, hopefully the correct order (Size 14) 3. Package was very damaged on receipt.
Brochure says 24/7 phone ordering service but I rang at 7am on a Sunday morning but nobody answered the phone so I gave up after 30 minutes.
Customer service is excellent as are the products
The courier did not deliver when planned or the next day, but I phoned your customer service department and they said that they would refund my postage as I had not experienced a good service. This they offered without me asking, so was highly delighted
