I love Charles Tyrwhitt shirts and have done so since I was buying them back in the mid 90's from a mail order and let's be fair, were rubbish. But I'm still here, loyal as ever.....

nice retail facility and very nice sales people; appreciate the immediate $20 discount plus $20 coupon for the future--great incentive to return. I would like to have shirts with slightly thinner collar material -- the current line seems a bit on the thick side for my preferences.
I stood around for a while before anyone even asked if I needed help. It was not a pleasant shopping experience. Usually I receive good service from this store.
Service was terrible. Clerks weren't busy, but no one asked to help me. I waited at the register to be checked out, with two shirts on the counter, and finally had to glare at someone to help me.

Really like to be able to choose the difference options when ordering (i.e. collar, cuffs, length of sleeve, fit/cut, size, etc). Turnaround time is not instantaneous but happy to live with this as I know I am getting the specific shirt that I ordered.

the product arrived sooner than expected and was packaged well - very efficient
Delivery took a while - I was not rushing for the order and did not mind but I can imagine some customers might find 6-8 week wait a bit too long... but then again you did state expected delivery date BEFORE the online order was finalised so I guess no one can complain :-))
