The service I received at the London Cheapside store was superb. As I couldn't find the shirts I was looking for, the gentleman was extremely helpful and was offering a number of alternative solutions to the issue. In the end, he was good enough to bring some shirts out of the storeroom for me which were perfect. On the whole, it was superb service all round and I look forward to visiting the store again soon.
They sent the wrong size,when I returned it at my cost, they refunded for a different item, when I queried this by telephone, they said they had not received anything. It took two further calls and an e-mail to sort the problem out.
