All shirts and tie v good
I ordered 4 shirts, 3 of which were not in stock. I was advised the shipment date of those 3 was 14th Feb. When nothing happened I telephoned as was advised that the date had been pushed back to 28th, too late for my son's birthday!! When I asked what recompense I might receive I was offered no postage charge on my next order. As a long standing and I thought valued customer, I was not impressed!!

Smooth, fast service
Everything was fine except the courier used. He didn't ring my doorbell as I saw him arrive and depart but didn't get to the door in time. He left the parcel with a neighbour but didn't make any real attempt to contact me. The box was severely torn and damaged but thankfully the products were intact
