Prompt and effective

I made my order a couple of weeks ago and have not received any goods. I was told there was a problem with delivery but decided to phone yesterday. A helpful member of staff phoned me back after contacting the courier company. No one seemed to know why the order had not arrived.
The overall service was what I have come to expect from Charles Tyrwhitt - consistently excellent.

I feel that whilst the shop assistant was trying to be helpful, she was somewhat over involved in the process of selecting the correct size and in particular, colour of jumper for my partner.

Your website is frustrating and misleading as it lets you filter by size eg 20" collar and then when you try to purchase there is no option for that size! The two out of 7 items I have kept are of good quality.22-Feb-2013Have you ever tried to view and order using an iPad? Web pages just freeze and won't allow you to navigate. Furthermore, after your reply suggesting site is now fixed. , first shirt I added to my short list as a 20' collar let me get all the way to adding to basket to say 18' is the largest available. The site is infuriating and not customer friendly! I will certainly not bother wasting anymore time, which seems a shame as quality recieved was good.
