The service is always first class - including answers on the telephone. This time we even received an email apologising that there could be delay because the courier was experiencing some problems. Shirt arrived a few moments after the email!

Excellent service but description a little varied/disappointing see below26-Feb-2013Service rating : Always a fast delivery but always many times the courier has utilised bins as a repository - risky. I think the shoes especially Barkers are excellent value but the shirts are a little hit and miss with regard to fabricProduct rating : Again would score average if an option: compared to the twill non iron white shirt the travel abilities, weight of fabric and hence crispness is not to par. Somewhere between good and poor but kept due to offer price: I know have formed a clear threshold fielding if buying online due to disappointment risk
