Website easy to use and if like me you are lucky enough to have one of their shops nearby you can see the quality before buying. Order progress information is excellent and delivery well packaged so that everything was received in perfect order
I would much prefer you use a different courier/carrier - having had previous experience I was filled with dread at what was going to happen (living in an apartment building). I did eventually get the goods but only after a discussion via text message with the driver. PLEASE use a different courier!

Products are a good balance of quality versus price. Customer service staff are always polite and efficient. Availability of certain stock items in certain sizes appears to be more problematic than in previous years.
When my shirt arrived the sleeve was too small and a replacement with the longer sleeve was dispatched immediately on requets and arrived the next day.
