Ordering was straightforward. Quick despatch but, unfortunately, by courier so delivery was not very quick. Previously you have sent my orders by Royal Mail, who provide a much speedier delivery service to my remote rural location.

Efficient and courteous
I have been a mail order customer for years. Love your shirts. Have purchased personally at your Jermyne St store. The service and the selection was fantastic. Then I went hopefully to your NY store. I was shocked. No one offered to help, or would even make eye contact. The store was obvoiusly understaffed. That is management's fault. After I looked for ten minutes, while being ignored, I yelled, "Does anyone in here want to sell a shirt?". Then a young man scurried over and tried to help. I bought 5 shirts. The young man tried very hard, but he was obviously untrained. That is not his fault, It is management's fault also. His training was not lacking in product knowledge. It was lacking in how you sell to what I believe is an upscale clientelle. None of the staff, wore your brand clothing. Your store in NYC is nowhere near up to the standards of Joseph A. Bank.
