The goods took a month to arrive, initially out of stock then arrived nearly two weeks after they were scheduled back in stock. Communication could have been better

I am sorry for the delay. We did need to wait for these to come in from our supplier and they did take a little longer than initially anticipated. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
