The next day delivery did not arrive on the Saturday but took until the Wed when I had to go and collect it from Parcel Force.
Unfortunately the suit required sending back (thank you for the enclosed freepost sticker). Less than ideal when on a tight schedule. You have refunded the cost of postage.

Overall very good company.
Like the ethos and the products.
Just a shame you aren't quite fully catering to the taller customer.

Dinner suit jacket | Does not fit. Unfortunately your company seem able to meet the length requirements in the trouser but do not have sleeves that anywhere near match. It seems odd to cater for someone with longer legs but not have the capacity for what would seem the obvious long arms. Very disappointed that this is the second jacket advertised as long sleeved that I have had to return. | |
