I ordered jacket which then became out of stock after my order was placed - disappointing.

I sincerely apologise that we were unable to send one of the items on your order and I assure you that these occurrences are extremely rare indeed! As soon as we realised there was a problem we sent an email to you to advise that the jacket couldn’t be sent – thank you for contacting us directly straight away in response to this to discuss your options and arrange a return of the corresponding trousers. We’ll be using your feedback to improve for the future so thank you also for taking the time to write to us.
