A thought: the extra cost of a pocket was disappointing. I did want the pocket, but not at that price.
Also, as a marketing item, you want to shift guys from M&S or other main stream retailers. Monograms are key: if men have their initials on a few shirts, they will want this on all of them. Make the monograms very low cost - it will benefit your business model.
