I had to return the shirt as it had the wrong cuffs and I asked for the same with single cuffs. I've now been told told by email that the one I want is not available. I have now missed the chance to choose an alternative in the sale and am out of pocket for returning the original.
Otherwise good fast service from Charles Tyrwhitt.

It’s certainly a shame that this shirt was not ordered with the correct cuff style when you purchased it on our website but I’m pleased to see that you used our ‘no quibble’ guarantee to send the shirt back! We’ve issued you with an account credit for the shirt and our end of season sale is still on at the time of writing and any remaining items will be offered in the clearance section on our website. You can also use the credit towards a purchase from our new season items. We don’t offer returns for free as standard as the cost of doing so would have to be covered elsewhere and we want to be upfront with how our pricing works – we will take your feedback on board for the future though.
