Excellent products only let down by service. I had cause to return a shirt for refund, yet it seems that all the mail I sent to them went missing even when I sent them recorded and a member of staff signed for it, they still said it had not been received. I did in the end get my refund, but it took too long.

I sincerely apologise for this! These errors are extremely rare indeed and we will be using the details of what happened here to improve for the future. Than you for taking the time to contact us directly to advise us of what had happened and resolve the issue.
