You’ve raised an interesting point here so thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. The reason we don’t offer delivery or returns for ‘free’ as standard is that the cost of doing so would have to be covered elsewhere in the business and we would much rather be upfront with how our pricing works. With that said, exchange orders are sent with no additional postage charges to pay and we will be taking your comments on board for the future.
