The product was returned to delivery centre and getting it re-delivered correctly took several phone calls and a lot of my time

Service rating : Good website and easy to use. However, need to have better delivery company as it took so much of my time on several follow-up phone calls to locate my parcel.

I do apologise that the courier company failed to deliver your order and for the delay this caused! Though their service has generally been very good, we are now using a different company for the standard delivery of our orders in the UK. As soon as we were aware of the problem, a new order was despatched via an expedited delivery service and the original was returned to us – thank you for contacting us directly to arrange this.
