My original shipment was lost in the mail as they had put the wrong apartment address on my order. When I contacted them about three weeks later, they immediately sent out a new order which arrived in a week's time. I was happy with their customer service and promptness in replying to my emails during the ordeal. The shirts fit well and the only part I don't like as much is that the collar is the short kind that flares out a little too wide for my tastes. I will still wear them though.
