The shipping was for two weeks and even then it arrived two days late than stated on the site. There was no tracking for the package,

I’m very sorry for the slight delay! Your order left our warehouse in a very timely manner indeed, however, unfortunately a number of our orders sent at the same time as yours have been held up by US customs upon reaching the States. These occurrences are not the norm and deliveries are usually far quicker. We have also seen that a tracking facility isn’t necessary to ensure a successful delivery - nevertheless, our expedited shipping options are traceable as standard so please don’t hesitate to use one of these in future.
