Quality of product and customer service is far better than any other sirt maker. Having only the experience with a CT store being that in London I was very disappointed when I visit the New York store. Huge discount banners were all over the outside of the store making it feel like a knock off brand. Again, huge supporter of the brand just will never go into a store that screams discount.

love the stylings and colors, fit, fact that I can see any shirt Im interested in with a number of tie and cuff link choices; been pleased with everything so far including the service; its to bad it takes as long as it does but the product is worth the wait so this is NOT a complaint
So far the service has been excellent. I did send back the Buckfield Grey to exchange for a smaller size. I am still waiting to receive it but do not anticipate any problems.
