Overall, I have had poor experience with my return/exchanges. The department handling this continues to lose my paperwork and/or not communicate when returns are received. Phone customer support though has been much better, but still not excellent. They have addressed issues and tried to resolve quickly.

Customer service is really good. I haven't washed the shirt yet so I'm still wondering how the shirts are going to handle the wash. I noticed that the little thingy that keep the collar straight are not sewn in, that might be an issue.

Shipment was late due to some shipping congestion and I was not inform, so I received my packages 1 week later.....

I called to order 2 shirts after having a poor experience the previous time and was given a credit of which I wanted to partially use. I have been a customer of yours for probably more than 10 years and have spent thousands of dollars with you. I asked the sales agent to have someone contact me in regards to free shipping as he could not answer my request and said there was not a supervisor on duty to speak to. I said if there was no problem in providing me with free shipping they could simply send me an email to confirm this or if they could not then I asked that someone call me back. The sales agent confirmed my phone number and email and I waited two days and never received a call or an email. In the end I did receive the free shipping although my last two experiences are making me question as if I will continue to do business with your company.
After 2 attempts to order the right size, I ended up going into the Washington D.C. store to get properly sized. The salesperson, Richard, was extremely helpful and seamlessly processed my exchange to the correct sizes.

Everyone that I know loves shopping at Charles Tyrwhitt. Their product is of excellent quality. I can't think of any way to improve on their customer service...so pleasant to deal with them all.
