Overall, I love the company and shopping experience. I was slightly disappointed in the coupon I received in the mail for $20 off though. When I went to the site via the coupon, the tie I wanted was $89. When I went via my normal method of Delta Shopping for the airline miles, the tie was $49. Therefore, I don't think I will be using the coupon. I don't mind a slight mark up for a coupon site but that is a little over the top.

I want to take a moment to say how much I admire Charles Tyrwhitt. There are certain companies one encounters that just make beautiful, well-constructed, reliable goods. I can't tell you how pleased I am to have encountered Tyrwhitt. I've already convinced two friends to order nearly 10 shirts from you. And I will continue to do so. In fact, I myself just purchased another two shirts after purchasing five initially. Aside from the almost 19th-century sense of customer service, which in its rarity engenders a great deal of loyalty -- this is a business niche more businesses should attempt to occupy -- I'm very happy to know that I can buy all my shirts here and get great results: style, fit, durability, etc.
It took almost four weeks for one item to be delivered. Nobody knew the status of the parcel.
