I been a customer for a.long time. I work with about 150 males I run the business and I have everyone wearing CT shirts.

Several of the shirts (but not all) in this shipment and the last one a few months ago have collar buttons that are extremely difficult to button. The buttons are sewn on so tightly that not only is it hard to button the shirt, it is even more difficult to unbutton. If you're interested in knowing which are tight and which aren't, I can check the shirts as I wear them and let you know. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied by Tyrwhitt shirts and am willing to pay a few dollars extra ( I have to pay for alterations to my size) for such quality products.

I tried to use the $25 welcome offer that was sent by Nick but it didn't work. I even called several weeks ago and discussed this with a CSR but I never heard back from anyone. Despite all this, I just placed another order today (w159408355) that shows my commitment to Charles Tyrwhitt. The response I receive to this note will truly tell me how much Charles Tyrwhitt cares about James Kober as a customer.

I have had only good experiences with CT shirts.
I did not realize that I was going to have to pay $46.00 in US Customs fees for the shirts. That added $11.50 to the price of each shirt.
You all forgot to put a button and hole along the sleeve right before the cuff. I have cuff linked shirts. I had to pay a tailor 30 dollars for bot shirt to simply put a hole in the sleeve where you forgot.
