The original order had a delay for one item being out of stock. After speaking with customer service rep. I was told the order had been filled and then I received several emails confirming the item was being shipped with the date being changed each time. The order arrived at the billing address not the shipping address just happy I arrived to pick up package

I ordered three shirts for $99 and only got two. I talked to the lady on the phone for a half an hour and she COULD NOT UNDERSTAND that I was only getting two shirt.
Hello. My review for all 5 shirts I purchased will be in this one section. All of the shirts I bought were supposed to be classic fit 18x35. One of them came as slim fit, which is not a huge deal. However, one of the shirts was delivered with a damaged collar. Also, I have 20+ Brooks Brothers traditional fit shirts that are size 18x35, along with several other brands. The CT shirts are all a little tighter than every other brand I have ever owned. I was trying to give CT a shot to earn my business, but am pretty disappointed with my first purchase. I am either going to return all of the shirts or exchange them for the 19x35. The only thing I can say is that the quality does seem to be very good. Please let me know what can be done and thank you in advance.

You have great product, the fastest delivery service, and you provide quality and economy every time. Why should I shop elsewhere?
I would rate the whole experience as excellent but the shipping part is a little ridiculous that you can't track your packages. When I didn't receive my packages on the date they were supposed to arrive, I contacted customer support and they told me to wait another 3-5 days. They did finally show up 5 days after I was told they would originally be delivered.
I still haven't received my order.

Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your superior service and superior quality shirts! I ordered three shirts and the last was a slim while the first two were extra slim. The slim fit absolutely the best, thus I recently returned the first two with a request for a change in size. I'm certain they will be ideal! Thank you again so much. I for certain plan to order more attire in the very near future.
They arrived in Minnesota in a quick week and a half.
I ordered 3 white shirts approximately one month ago with a delivery date of March 17, 2017. I still haven't received the shirts. I called on March 21, 2017 and the customer service representative indicated: (1) all shirts were in stock; (3) another shipment would be sent directly; and (3) it would be sent via expedited delivery. I received an e-mail on March 24, 2017 indicating 2 of the shirts are out of stock and won't be delivered for another month and the one shirt in stock definitely wasn't put on expedited delivery as it isn't due to arrive until sometime in April. Extremely disappointed.
The shipping package came in totally destroyed with scotch tape all over it. It looks like someone from the shipping/delivery team opened it.
