Shirts were more snug than advertised. One shirt that I ordered was shipped even though I requested a pocket and was told that it was on back order. Instead of filling the back order, I was shipped the shirt without a pocket.
Are you going to refund the shipping as you promised? Your emails were not easy to follow to get the free shipping.
The customer service was very good. The people answered promptly on email and in person and they were helpful. Much better than most merchants I have dealt with. Unfortunately there was a problem of delays with the shipment. However, CT refunded the shipping charge and the customs charge. So I am satisfied and will do business with the company again, and will recommend them to friends and business associates.
