Enjoyed the lilting British accents of the customer service reps, both male and female who ensured my Christmas gifts arrived altogether and in plenty of time, notwithstanding that one shirt required the addition of a pocket. The coordinating pictures helped me select a matching tie and cuff links with confidence. Though some items were out of stock, I had good help picking a substitute that i liked even better.

I like spread collars, but not non-iron shirts. I take my shirts to professional cleaners who iron them anyway. Unfortunately some of you nicest non-spread collars are non-iron as well. I also checked out your blazers and loved them, except for the slant pockets, too British. I prefer a straight and level pocket, which are more to the American taste.
